Write to sales if

• You need an invoice with purchase-order details, or payment by bank transfer instead of card.
• You are buying for more machines than the Max edition covers and want to talk about what that costs.
• Your procurement process needs paperwork before a purchase: the data processing agreement, the subprocessor list, or a security questionnaire.
• You want to know whether something on the roadmap will be there before you commit.

Do not write to sales if

• You want to try it. The Community edition is free, is not a trial, and does not expire.
• You want a discount on a plan you have not run yet. Run it first; the free edition is there for exactly that.

Where to write

The contact form, with Sales and plans as the topic. Tell us how many servers you run, what you deploy on them today, and what is making you look. A one-person business answers faster when the first message has the facts in it.

What we will not do

There is no discovery call before you are allowed to see a price, and no quote that arrives only after a meeting. The prices on the pricing page are the prices.
