Three companies, and what each one does.
This is the complete list. It is short because the software runs on your servers, not ours — the only systems we operate are this site, the account area and the licence service.

What is deliberately not on this list
- No analytics provider. This site sets no cookie and measures nobody — see the cookie notice. The Turnstile widget named above is the only third-party script it loads, and only on the two form pages.
- No e-mail provider. Mail to and from portiger.com is handled by our own mail server, on our own machine. Messages we send you do not pass through a third party.
- No cloud provider holding your workloads. The software runs on your servers. We have no access to them and hold nothing from them.
Payments
Polar Software, Inc. is the merchant of record, which means it sells you the licence, handles the tax and issues the invoice under its own terms. We are the vendor of the software. Polar holds the billing data listed above; we hold the record that a purchase happened. Nothing is on sale while the beta runs.

This page is updated before a subprocessor is added, not after. If you need to be told rather than to check, write to privacy@portiger.com and you will be on the notice list.
